After being running from store to store looking for good looking furniture at reasonable price, finally we pass in front of your store at East Colonial Drive at Orlando where thanks GOD we found what we were looking for. By this way we want to thanks Edgar Montero the showroom manager of that store for the exellent attentions he gave to us. We would recommend this store to anyone. I had the best experience in the New Port Richey location. I was greeted so nicely. I never felt pressured like I have in other stores. Dustin was great! He helped me with all the measurements of each piece, so I could check my space at home. My furniture arrived within days. I LOVE my Kokomo Sectional. The color is perfect and the furiture is excellent quality!!! Thanks so much for making with experience so joyful and pleasant. I would recommend this store to everyone! Thanks so much. I was looking for a 36" by 60" oval glass top for my coffee table base. Gisela (of the Sarasota store) was excellent in helping me find a glass top in inventory from a nearby Leaders warehouse and saved me a bundle. A few days later the glass top arrived at the Sarasota store and I picked it up. Clyde (of the Sarasota store) provided me excellent customer service. He called me as soon as it arrived at the store and helped me place the glass top in the back seat of my car. It was a very tight fit, but Clyde was very patient and helped me position the large glass section so it would fit. The glass top was securely wrapped by Leaders warehouse, so that when I finally got it home, it was in perfect condition. Many thanks for the excellent customer service that I received from Gisela and Clyde at the Leaders Casual Furntiure Sarasota store.

I found just the furniture I was looking for at the New Port Richey store. The white rattan was perfect for my lanai. It completely changed the look of my lanai and gives a very cozy feel to the room. The quality and value was excellent.

The furniture was nice and as advertised, but the "white glove service you pay for is not so nice.
Arrival of the furniture with a 2 ( 2:45 - 4:45)hour window according to the stores "promt delivery" The glass top was full of hand and finger prints which they failed to wipe clean as per 'white glove".........the glass top was NOT centered as it should have been another "white glove" experience.....and the delivery took all of 15 minutes and as I said, they were late by a half hour.....if it wasn't for the fact they called and we told them if they don't deliver by 6 pm, they weren't going to be able to get into the gated community.....they got here at 5:15 pm...
When you pay 99.00 dollars for white glove delivery, I don't suppose you should give them a tip.....
I won't mention the dirt smudges on 3 of the 4 seat cushions.....they were notice when I went to take the seat cushions out to scotch guard them.
Need less to say, when you pay up front, your a dead duck.......I want to pay 1/2 on purchase, and the rest cod, our mistake, we should have paid with credit card.......

service was good. sales lady, anne was courteous, patience, and very helpful with the merchandise. she was not pushy and gave me time to make my decision. i am very pleased with my sleeper sofa. I am sure I will be back to make anther purchase.

Purchased home in mid-2011. Our "northern" furniture definitely does not fit With a Key West style home on the Gulf. Leaders' (Palm Harbor ) has been a treasure chest find for Florida style indoor/outdoor furniture and the accessories are truly one-of-a-kind !
Leaders's staff is highly professional and friendly ...... Both product and service have exceeded expectations.
