I have not received my furniture yet but so far I am VERY IMPRESSED by John in customer service. He has gone above and beyond to answer all my questions on a timely basis. Very professional and efficient. Customer service like this is rare these days. Another furniture store took almost a week to answer my questions and two didn't even answer at all. THANKS John!

Mr. Newton,
I am writing to let you know what excellent employees you have at the Largo warehouse. If it wasn't for Stephanie in customer service and a knowledgeable and customer oriented employee (sorry I don't remember his name but Stephanie would know) I would not have been able to install the new fabric slings I bought for my patio furniture after the originals wore out after 8 years.
Around the first week of June 2010 I bought new fabric slings and when I got home to try and install them I quickly learned that I wasn't able to spread the fabric over the seat area without a sepcialized tool called a "spreader". I spoke to Stephanie and explained the problem. I thought that I would have to do some tough convincing to persuade her to allow me to borrow this tool if they could spare one. That wasn't the case at all. Stephanie was very understanding and trusting that I would borrow the tool and return it when I was done. I couldn't believe my luck that I ran into someone that was very nice and reasonable. She asked an experienced person from the warehouse to show me how to use the tool and he made sure that I understood the problems that I'd likely encounter. What could have been a nightmare turned into an experience that will bring me back to Leader's.
Stephanie and that warehouse employee deserve a raise/bonus or both. You're only as good as the people who deal with your customers day in and day out and these two were fantastic.
I was trying to save some money by doing it myself and I was afraid that I would be forced to pay extra to get the job done. Stephanie was savy enough to know that if she treated the customer right it would make a difference. She was right. It made a big difference and now I tell all my friends who need patio furntiure to go to Leader's. They're the Best!

We recently bought a dining room set from the Sarasota store and are very pleased with our purchase. The quality of the set is very good and looks great in our new home. Lynn Ormond was wonderful to work with and provided exceptional customer service. The delivery staff took great care in bringing the furniture in to our home and placing it perfectly in our dining room.

We absolutely love the furniture and it looks great in our sunroom! You processed everything in a quick and timely fashion and I was so extremely impressed with how everything was packed so that there was no damage during shipment. I wish I could say that about all furniture that has been delivered to us in the past from other companies.

I recently purchased a new set of lanai furniture from Debbie Simone in Naples, FL. She was extremely knowledgable and helpful. I also had cushions made for exsisting chairs and a sofa. I was trying to get everything done for a family party and Debbie did her best to stay on top of the deadline! Pam also followed-up when Debbie was not in the store. Thank you to both of you. The lanai with my beautiful furniture is my favorite place in the whole house. It looked fabulous for our party and everyone commented!

We purchased 18 pieces of pool furniture for our community pool at the Port Richey store . Our sales person by the name of Kathy was more than helpful in assisting on our selection. Unfortunately within a few months we expierenced a problem with the colors fading at which point I called your warrantee department and they were so helpful in resolving our problem. They agreed to replaced all of the furniture without hesitation. I give A 5 STAR rating for all around service. I wouldn't think of anyother place to go in the furture . Thank you Kathy and all who were involved in the top grade service we received

The sales people in the Orlando store are excellent. Very professional and friendly. I have only purchased accesories but I was very happy with the service. I love sea life and this is the only place that has great items for a Nautical decoration. Keep the good work!
